Pursuit: Synchronized Swimming
I have been doing Synchronized Swimming for the past 19 years. I have competed at the 2008 Olympics, 2010 Commonwealth Games and the 2005,2007 & 2009 FINA World Championships. I am currently training for the 2012 London Olympics. After retiring in 2010 after the Commonwealth Games, a year later I decided to get back in the water and give the Olympic trials a crack. I qualified for the team and am now off to London in July. As well as training I am a Grade 5 teacher at Galilee P.S in South Melbourne.
When did you start?
I started Synchro when I was 9 years old.
Career highlight or biggest achievement?
Competing at the Beijing Olympic Games and completing the 2011 Melbourne Marathon.
What is your dream?
To live a happy and fun life.

It will help pay for my Olympic preparations – training, interstate training, international competitions etc
