Name: Jane Moran
Pursuit: Water Polo
Jane is in her second Olympic preparation cycle, but hoping to make her first Olympic Games. Since missing out on Beijing she has focused all of her energies on improving her water polo which included her in the 2009 and 2011 World Championship teams and the silver medal winning 2010 World Cup team. When she is not in the pool, she is working as a civil engineer at Aurecon – her very flexible and understanding employer. Outside of this, Jane coaches junior water polo teams, enjoys growing her own fruit and veg and getting out on the bay sailing or water skiing.
